Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. I can really recommend Rachel Butcher. I found her extremely informative and she was able to answer all my questions in great detail about conveyancing together with some really good advice. She had an in-depth knowledge of the local area and proposed planning. What I liked in particular was that she was totally honest about the house she was selling and willing to spend time showing us round without us feeling we had to hurry. Also some advice on how we could adapt the house to suit our own needs.

Communication throughout the purchase process was challenging, with messages not being responded to in good time or at all, and clearly not being relayed between ourselves as the purchaser and the vendor, in good time or at all. Whilst the ultimate outcome was positive as we moved into our first family house, this made a big move for a young family unnecessarily challenging at times and led to a poor purchasing experience.
